Leah's Consultant Experience

I always wanted to own my own business. From the time I was in high school, I knew I had the talent and drive to succeed as an entreprenuer. But I struggled with figuring out what to sell. At one time I was going to open a bead store, but do you know how many beads you need to sell in order to make even $20? A ton!

I was also planning on starting a family and didn't want to have the struggle of balancing work and family life. The final and biggest hurdle was money. Affording the rent, utilities, and supply costs that go into a store front business was overwhelming. I've always believed strongly in never going into debit unless I absolutely had to. Going into deep debt for a business that might or might not succeed was a very serious problem for me.

Finding L'Bri really was the best alternative. The main company takes care of the products, distribution, sales, and technical aspects while I just focus on selling products and making money! I work directly out of my home, so I've never had to go in debt for the huge storefront costs that worried me before.

As a L'Bri consultant, I'm able to work at home with my son, James. We have learned to balance work and family time so that I can get work done while James has fun time. Having a job that works for me rather than against me is so valuable. I'm able to have the lifestyle I've always wanted while making money and having total control over my business.

Selling L'Bri products is also really fun and rewarding. I love helping people with their skin on a personal level. Some customers have been dealing with dry skin, acne, or aging issues for years. It's a great feeling when they email me and say "it's gone!" These products really work and I've personally seen amazing results from using them since summer 2006.

What I like most about working for this company is that my hard work gets appreciated. Once I worked very, very hard for a company that didn't appreciate me. I was working my fingers to the bone and not getting the slightest acknowledgement! I quit that job, started working for L'Bri, and was amazed by the difference. Not only did I receive free products and gifts, but also a cash bonus of $300 for my hard work in the first three months of my consultantship.

This pat on the back really fired me up and inspired me to work harder and sell more products. Even beyond those first three months, L'Bri continues to inspire me to work hard by creating promotions I can definitely earn. It's a great feeling to imagine going on the Carribean Cruise and know that it's within my power to reach that goal. I've learned that I can set goals and if I work hard for them, I will always succeed.
