L'Bri Pure n' Natural has an excellent Hostess Program that allows you to reward your hostesses with tons of free products and gifts. When you hold a home party, you can use these incentives to reward your hostess and encourage other guests to hold a party for themselves.

As you know, L'Bri is a direct sales company that allows Consultants to sell through in home parties, sampling, and even online. There's no limit to the ways in which you can sell products, but the only way you can offer these hostess incentives to a customer is to have them host a show for you.

In L'Bri, a home party is considered a meeting of 4 or more guests and 1 hostess. You should always encourage your hostess to overbook their party to ensure that they have at least this number of guests.

Remember: The more guests you have, the bigger the shopping spree for your hostess!

The sales volume of your party also matters. Your party must accumulate $300 in retail sales in order for it to count as a party. L'Bri runs special promotions for the number of parties you can hold in a month, and must therefor set some standard as to what counts as a party and what doesn't. This means that if you have a party and only 3 people attend and only $250 in products is sold, then that meeting will not count as a party.

But don't let this intimidate you! Holding a party with 4 or more guests and $300 in retail sales is very easy. So long as you coach your hostess before the show, you can easily succeed in holding a qualified party each and every time.

Your hostess isn't the only person being rewarded when you hold a show!

Remember that you'll make a 20% commission on all of the products you sell. This means that if you have a $600 show, you'll make $120! Shows typically take between 1 to 2 hours, so you'd be making $60 an hour! The more shows you do, the more comfortable you'll get doing them and the faster you will become.
