In direct sales, nothing has the potential to establish your business or expand your horizons like Recruiting. By sharing your business opportunity with other people, you're reaching out and giving them a gift that has the potential to change their life completely.

Unfortunately, many people see recruiting through glasses tinted with negativity. Many see recruiting as a way to "build a pyramid" and scheme people out of their money. That might be training methods used by other companies, but not L'Bri Pure n' Natural, and certainly not mine.

The simple fact of the matter is this: when you believe something, you make it true.

If you believe that recruiting is a scam tactic, then you're going to be resistant to recruiting and you won't be successful at it.

But if you believe that recruiting gives you the opportunity to build up another person, to positively change that person's life for the better, then your recruiting experience will feel very different.

I believe that recruiting should always come directly from your HEART. I use the following acronynm to keep my focus clear when recruiting:

H - Hear the Need There are people all around you every single day that need help.If you listen, you will hear the need that's all around you and allow yourself to reach out with your heart to help.
E - Energize Your Mind Negative thinking puts your whole body and mind into a prision of inactivity and apathy. Energize your mind with positive thoughts so you can unlock your ability to achieve.
A - Appreciate Honesty Not everyone will be open and receptive to your offer. Rejection isn't something to fear, but to appreciate. Being honest and appreciating honesty in others is the foundation of a successful business.
R - Reach Out to Others When you leave the house, imagine an invisible thread connecting you with all the people around you. When you speak to someone, visualize this link and remember that we are all connected, not seperate.
T - Take Time for Each Person Successful recruiting means taking time for each person to listen and mentor with them about their business. The more time you take, the more potential you have to help that person succeed.

Isn't it hard to believe that recruiting can be as simple as starting a conversation with someone! How easy is it to start a new conversation?

Make sure that when you start a conversation that you have business cards and samples on hand so you can share L'Bri fully with everyone you meet. Even if you don't have a sample on hand, a business card, combined with an open, caring heart can be enough to connect with potential recruits anywhere.
