having problems, want to check the status of an order, or wish to order

If you receive your
order and find it incomplete, please contact
your consultant, Leah Day, to correct the mistake. Shipping &

Orders - Up to $100 S&H is $7.00. Orders over $100 7% of the retail
product total. Guarantees L'Bri guarantees all skin care and nutritional products for 30 days. If you find you are unsatisfied with the products or cannot use them for some reason, please contact your consultant, Leah Day for a refund. You will be required to ship the items back to the L'Bri office at your own expense. L'Bri color products - cosmetics - are not refundable due to incorrect color choice. Your consultant can send you samples of the color cosmetics for you to try before you make a purchase. Please use this opportunity to try the products before you buy. If you find that
the color product is broken or defective, please contact
Leah Day for a replacement.
