How often should I use Pure Relief Cream?

Twice daily. Before bedtime is a good time. Most women prefer to use the cream after showering in the morning as well.

How much cream should I use?

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with each application. You really shouldn't use more than that. The ingredients in the cream are absorbed by the fat cells in your body. Hormones are VERY powerful and a little goes a long way. Your fat cells typically reach overload quickly. If you apply more your body probably will not be able to absorb it.

Where do I put the cream?

Your body absorbs the cream best when used on soft skin. Hands and feet, for example, are too rough. Users get the best results if they rotate where they place the cream.
