All Natural Body Scrub Recipe

Fix that dry skin and take years off your complexion
with this totally natural, exfoliating body scrub!

Regular exfoliation is essential for your skin to look and feel its best. Dead skin cells collect on the surface of the skin and dull your complexion, creating shadows on your face that make you look much older than you really are. This dead skin build up can also block lotion from penetrating your dry skin.

By gently removing these dead skin cells you can uncover the fresh, healthy, hydrated skin you've been looking for. This recipe uses the natural antioxidant power of citric acid found in lemons to dissolve dead skin cells and lighten the appearance of your skin.

Most manufactured skin care products use harsh microbeads and damaging apricot kernels in their exfoliating scrubs. These ingredients often scratch and abrade your face, leaving your skin stripped and damaged. Apricot kernels can even embed themselves in your pores causing intense irritation and discomfort to your face.

Let's take back our right to safe skin care instead! By making this scrub yourself you can ensure the scrub you make is fresh, made from high quality ingredients, and even organic if all the ingredients you use are organic themselves. You probably already have all the ingredients for this recipe so print it out and lets get cooking!

All Natural Citrus Body Scrub Recipe

1 Lemon
4 Tablespoons plain organic yogurt
1 Teaspoon Raw Sugar (optional)

Grate the rind of the lemon using a fine grater or kitchen rasp. Blend into 4 tablespoons plain yogurt. Add a teaspoon of sugar if a more gritty texture is desired. Mix and rub gently over your face and body.

Especially concentrate on the driest and roughest areas of your skin like your hands, feet, elbows, and knees. These areas need extra attention because they easily build up with dry, dehydrated skin cells. Rinse with warm water and gently pat your skin dry. Store extra scrub in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Keep in mind that natural, homemade skin care is always much more concentrated than most skin care products you've ever used. Never make skin care products with ingredients you're allergic to and discontinue use immediately if and any reactions occur.

All natural, homemade skin care is so easy to make and use anyone can do it!

The only thing limiting your potential is the limited number of
effective, natural skin care recipes available for you to use.

Skin care recipes aren't like cook books where you can find millions of books on every detail and aspect imaginable. It's hard to find skin care recipes that are tailored specifically to your skin type and individual skin care needs.

Natural Skin Care RecipesThis is why I recommend Naturally Skinsational, absolutely the best skin care cook book with over 150 natural recipes organized by skin type.
