This speed controller is designed to replace your sewing machine's foot pedal. Simply plug it into the same port as your sewing machine foot pedal and you can operate the machine using this controller instead.
Position the controller on the handlebar of your frame that corresponds with your dominant hand. Example: I'm left handed so I put the controller on the left handlebar of my Q-Zone hoop frame.
Please note, this Speed Controller is NOT a stitch regulator.
This device will make your machine stitch at a constant speed. It will not change speeds with the movement of the machine. If you want the machine to change speed with your movement, please check out the SureStitch Regulator instead.
You can easily set the speed of your machine using the small dial on the front of the controller.
If your machine has a thread cutter, the thread cutter button can also conveniently cut your threads!
