Placing an Order

Can I cancel my order?

I'm sorry to hear you need to cancel your order.

If you haven't received a tracking number yet, we may be able to cancel your order before it ships. Please scroll down and use the contact form to get in touch immediately.

Please note, we incur some hefty bank fees for refunding orders, and these fees add up. For this reason, we have to charge a 3% restocking fee for orders over $500.

What if I want to speak to someone? is operated by just two people - Leah and Josh Day! For this reason, we're unable to offer phone support, but always available via email.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the lower 48 United States.

The shipping rates and lengthy transit times have made shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and any international country too cost prohibitive at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For products, we typically ship your order within 1-2 business days via First Class USPS mail. So the average arrival time is between 2-7 business days, depending on where you live in the country.

Grace Company products are shipped from Utah within 5-7 business days via Fedex Ground.

Affordable Sewing Tables are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Custom cut inserts for the sewing tables are cut and shipped separately within 4-6 weeks.

Returns and Refunds

Are your products covered by a guarantee?

Yes! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in "like new" condition, packaged within the original box / boxes.

Please note - a 3% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $500.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and include all the original packaging.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item sercurely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please contact us with the return tracking number for your order. This way we know it's coming and can process your refund efficiently.

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive the item(s).
