If you are not happy with your quilting system purchased through LeahDay.com, please contact us for help immediately.

Note: we are not responsible for any Grace Company products purchased from other dealers. If you ordered from another website or dealer, please reach out to that business for help.

Warranty Requirements

Make sure to register with The Grace Company by filling out the included card with your product / products. Please contact us for help if you need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Details

All product warranties offered by The Grace Company are valid when purchased from LeahDay.com, an authorized Grace Company dealer. All warranties guard against manufacturing and material defects. If you feel like you have received a defective machine, frame or device, please contact us immediately for help.

Machine Maintenance

Longarm machines are not the same as home sewing machines - they must be cleaned and oiled regularly to maintain peak performance. Customers must assume responsibility for all machine maintenance and care.

We recommend a daily habit of brushing out the bobbin area to free it of lint and oiling the machine before beginning a quilting session each day.

All Qnique longarms include detailed instructions on oiling, cleaning, and replacing the needle within the machine's manual. Qnique X Elite longarms include these instructions within the touchscreen "Help" menu.

Before purchasing your quilting machine from LeahDay.com, please commit to servicing and maintaining your quilting machine daily.

Machine Repairs

If something on your machine has broken, please contact us and we will troubleshoot the issue together. We've worked with many quilters over the years and most beginner issues are small things like not having the needle inserted properly, having the foot too high, etc.

If we determine your machine has a broken part, we will either ship you a replacement part or we will have a call tag issued and your machine will be picked up and returned to The Grace Company in Utah where it will be repaired and then returned to you.

Repair Cost Coverage - LeahDay.com covers the shipping and repair cost for all Qnique longarms for up to 3 years. We cover the shipping and repair cost of Little Rebel sewing machines for up to 2 years. This cost coverage does not transfer to a secondary owner.

Even if your machine is outside of our repair cost coverage, we're here to help with troubleshooting and returning your machine for repairs. Please contact us if you purchased your Qnique longarm or Little Rebel sewing machine and need help with repairs.

All quilting machines must be returned in their original box and Styrofoam packaging. If you no longer have your original quilting machine box, please contact us to purchase a new box.

Warranties do not transfer over to a secondary owner. 

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days after purchase, we will refund the price of the product. Under the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product / products to LeahDay.com or directly to The Grace Company.

All products must be returned in "like new" condition in the original box / boxes. More details on product returns can be found here.

Exclusions - We no longer accept returns of Quilter's Creative Touch (QCT) Upgrade Kits or Gold Cards. The nature of these software products is very challenging to return in a state useable by another customer. For this reason computerized quilting software is not returnable.

After the 30 day period has elapsed, we consider the sale final, the product used and do not accept returns after this period. We will work with you to troubleshoot any issue that arises after this period, but do not offer a return on used machines, frames or accessories.

Grace Company Limited Warranties Exclusions

LeahDay.com and / or The Grace Company have no obligation under any warranty provided above to repair or replace products that have been altered outside of The Grace Company official specifications, misused, neglected, purposefully damaged, damaged in transit, improper assembly, loss, natural events or have been subject to improper maintenance.

The above warranties do not cover the risk that the user assumes in operation of any Grace Company Products and therefore excludes any liability to LeahDay.com and / or The Grace Company for loss, failure, deterioration, personal injury or damage. Under no circumstances will LeahDay.com and / or The Grace Company be liable to a purchaser or third parties for special consequential damages, including, but not limited to, death or personal injuries.

Exclusions
  • Products that are returned back to LeahDay.com or The Grace Company and are received damaged, altered or packaged improperly.
  • Used besides intended quilting application.
  • Error on the customers use of the product.
  • Internal adjustments, tampering or parts replacement done by anyone except authorized Dealers or The Grace Company.
  • Broken pins on connectors
  • Connector(s) damages, cracked, or broken
  • General incidental or special damages including damages to fabric or material, the cost of rework or lost profits.
