Online Order Processing - All orders processed through the online quilt shop are processed using Paypal. This online service allows you to checkout using any major credit card or funds from your Paypal account. Funds will only be accepted in US dollars (USD).
Pay by Check - If you wish to pay by check, please click here for instructions.
Pay over the phone - We currently do not accept payments over the phone.

International Orders - We currently accept orders from all international countries. Payment must be in US Dollars.

We will ship your order within 48 hours via USPS 1st Class Worldwide Shipping. We are not responsible for the US Postal Services shipping delays.

We cannot be responsible for packages that go astray or disappear from the postal service if we correctly address and ship them.  If tracking verifies that we have shipped the package, and the address was correct, but it has not arrived, please contact your post office and local customs official.

We are not responsible for paying tax and duties on your international order.  That is your responsibility. We will not falsify customs documents on international orders. A CN22 Custom form is filled out with every international order.

We will not mark international orders as "gifts". We are not responsible for any taxes or duty applied to your order by your government or postal system.  We are not responsible for your country's customs office holding a package.

Creating an Account - During the checkout process you will be prompted to create an account to save your information. This is entirely voluntary, but it is highly advisable to create an account if you are purchasing a download product.

Shipping time - All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Receipt of order depends on your location and speed of delivery service. For most US orders arrival will be within 2-5 business days. For most international orders, arrival can be expected between 2- 10 weeks, depending entirely on the rules and restrictions of your government customs policies.

Download Products - All books, DVDs, and quilt patterns labeled as "Download" or "PDF" are instant downloads. After completing payment, you will receive links to download your product. Click this link to download the PDF file and full size printable templates. You will also receive an receipt of your order via email also containing your download link, and you can also access any downloads you have purchased from by creating an account to save your order information.

30 Day Guarantee - All purchases made from are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a refund. You will need to return the products to us in original packaging, and upon receipt we will refund the cost of the order minus shipping. All refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Guarantee Exclusion - The 30 day guarantee does not include damaged products due to personal misuse. Specifically we will not replace or refund either the Supreme Slider or Queen Supreme Slider if you stitch through it, rip it, or cut it. These products are clearly listed with instructions to tape down the edges until you get used to using them on your sewing machine. Please take precautions and use all products correctly to avoid damage to the product itself, your quilts, or your machine.

Sewing tables, custom cut inserts, loose leaf printed quilt patterns, and gift cards are also excluded from the 30 day guarantee.

Damage Due to Shipping - If your order arrives damaged from the mail, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged package so we can resend the order. Note: due to the cost associated with international orders, we will not resend, but refund the cost of your order minus shipping.

Packing Error - Please contact us immediately if there is a mistake in your order. We will reship the correct item or items immediately.

Lost Package - All orders from are shipped via USPS mail with ship tracking on all packages. If your package has been slow to arrive, please contact us for a tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

Once the package is packed and shipped, it leaves our hands and is out of our control. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or misplaced upon delivery. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Cancellations - Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will refund the cost of merchandise and shipping if we receive your request before your order ships. If we have already shipped your order, you may return it to us within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the merchandise, but not shipping charges.

Incorrect Address - Please contact us immediately of your address is not correct when you ordered. If your order has not shipped, the address will be corrected and the order should ship within 48 hours. If your order has shipped, we will wait until the order is returned, and reship the package to the correct address. Please note: it can take 2-6 weeks to receive a returned package so please double check your shipping address before ordering.

Incorrect Address International - Due to the high cost of international shipping, if the package ships to an international address, we are not responsible for loss of goods via the postal system when we are given an incorrect address. If the package returns to us, we will ship the parcel to the corrected address. Please note this can take up to eight weeks.

Faster Shipping Options - We do not offer any faster shipping options on any orders. All orders are shipped via 1st class or Priority USPS mail, depending on weight. An order will automatically ship Priority mail if over 13 oz in the US and 4 pounds if shipping internationally.

Out of Stock Item Policy

We work hard to ensure all items are in stock at all times, but events outside of our control occur and sometimes we run out. Customers will receive a notice that their item is out of stock in their order summary and the remaining order will be shipped within 2 business days. When items come back in stock, the order will ship priority mail to make up time. Typical out of stock time is 3-5 days.

PayPal Problems or Paying by Check

We use PayPal to process all orders because of its convenience, reliability, and security. However, if you're having problems paying via PayPal, please follow the following steps to place your order via snail mail.

1. Add the items you want to your cart.

2. Enter your zip code into the box and click "update" to get your shipping total.

3. Print out this page and write your name, shipping address, and phone number on the front.

4. Fill out your check for the total amount and make the check payable to Leah Day.

Please follow the same steps 1-3, but instead of mailing a check, please send an International Money Order, payable in US dollars, from your local Post Office. Please note we only accept international money orders payable in U.S. dollars. All other payments will be returned.
