Thank you for your purchase from LeahDay.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with anything you order from our website. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. See below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in "like new" condition, packaged within the original box / boxes.
Please note - a 3% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $500.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at LeahDay.com/Contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds make take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned: Gift Cards, QCT Software and QCT 6 Upgrade Kits, Evolution Hoop Upgrade, Extension Kits, and Frame Rail Packages.
Quilter's Creative Touch (QCT) Upgrade kits are software and due to the nature of this product, not returnable or refundable for any reason. Please contact us if you have questions about QCT so you can make an informed purchase of this product.
Quilter's Creative Touch Gold Cards are also not returnable or refundable for any reason.
Evolution Hoop Upgrade, Extension Kits and Frame Rail packages are very expensive to ship. For this reason, these products are not returnable or refundable.
