Q: Does this machine have a knee lifter? A: No, this computerized sewing machine does not have a knee lifter. The operation of the presser foot is only by lifting the bar at the back of the machine.

Q: Can I adjust the presser foot pressure? A: Yes, there is a knob on the top of the machine to adjust the pressure of the presser foot. Adjusting this knob can help you sew through different thicknesses of fabrics. Generally the thinner, slinky material will need less pressure and thicker materials will need more pressure applied to sew consistently.

Q: Can I drop the feed dogs? A: Yes, the feed dog drop lever can be found by removing the accessory tray and pressing the lever on the back of the free arm.

Damaged on Arrival - If your machine arrives damaged, or breaks within the first 30 days, please contact us for help immediately for a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost to send you another machine and swap out the damaged model.

Returning the Machine - If you are unsatisfied with the machine, you may return it within 30 days from delivery. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return it, and all orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Please contact us for an Return Authorization Number before returning your machine.
