Damaged on Arrival - If your machine arrives damaged, or breaks within the first 30 days, please contact us for help immediately for a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost to send you another machine and swap out the damaged model.

Returning the Machine - If you are unsatisfied with the machine, you may return it within 30 days from delivery. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return it, and all orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
