Yes, you CAN quilt on your home machine!
Many quilters have been convinced that they can't quilt on their home machine. You don't need a longarm in order to finish your quilts quickly so they can be used and enjoyed.
By breaking down the quilting design and process in the simplest terms, Leah will teach you how to pick the right batting and designs so don't get bogged down with a complicated mess.
In this workshop you'll learn how to use your walking foot to evenly space lines, break up your quilt, and quilt quickly from the center. This will knock out the hardest part of the quilt first!
Learn how to quilt quickly and efficiently
Are you sick of seeing a stack of unfinished quilt tops?
Learn how to baste and quilt those tops yourself. You can quilt on the machine you own right now using the simplest quilting foot - the walking foot - which does all the work for you feeding the layers of the quilt evenly through the machine.
You'll learn how to set up your machine so it's easier to manage the bulk of a big quilt. As she quilts the Mega Pinwheel Star, Leah continually shares tips on shifting the quilt smoothly through the machine and what to look out for as you quilt each design.
